What is unique about the Risus Smile Sonic Toothbrush?

It’s a premium branded toothbrush, yet affordable. It comes with x2 Charcoal activated toothbrush heads for a maximum whitening effect. The battery life is 90 days, meaning you only have to charge the toothbrush 4 times a year, wow!

What is our returns policy?

We have a 30 day return period if you are not happy with the electric toothbrush for any reason. Simply return the toothbrush to

We will asses each return on an individual basis and if it does not meet the criteria, it will be returned to you.

If the toothbrush has been used, we cannot provide a refund as the toothbrush cannot be used again by a different customer for hygiene reasons.

 

How long will delivery take?

We offer Next Day Delivery to UK and Ireland customers only on orders placed before 12:00. Delivery to the EU will take approximately 3-5 working days via Royal Mail. We also offer express EU and worldwide postage (1-3 working days).

*Please note that customers outside of the EU may be responsible for custom duties.

 

What does wireless charging mean?

It means that a usb wireless charging pad comes in the box when you receive your toothbrush. The toothbrush simply sits on the pad to charge. It plugs in with any USB plug such as iPhone Samsung etc.

 

How long does the battery last?

Brushing your teeth for 2-3 minutes in the morning and night, the battery will last for 90 day's.

 

What are the different settings on the brush?

Clean, Sensitive, Gum Care, White, Polish.

 

Is the toothbrush waterproof?

Of course it's waterproof, brush your teeth in the shower if you want!

Why does the toothbrush stop every 30 seconds?

The toothbrush stops every 30 seconds so you can move to the next quadrant of your mouth. The purpose of the timer is so we evenly break out mouth into four quadrants and brush for the allocated time. This routine provides for optimum cleaning.

 

Will it harm my gums?

We fit a “sensitive” mode on our toothbrush to help people with sensitive gums. This mode provides 32,000 strokes per minute. Brushing your gum's hard is DAMAGING! Please drop the toothbrush to “sensitive” and gently brush teeth and gums. If you suffer from bleeding gums or any other gum problem, please consultant you dentist.
